Alterations to a police precinct building in lower Manhattan / Completion 1998

This project was completed as part of the NYC Safe Streets / Safe City Program to modernize police precincts throughout the city.  The program included reconfiguration of interior spaces for the addition of public reception and community spaces, expansion of locker facilities with spaces for female officers, Muster Room, holding cells, detective squad room, administrative spaces, and compliance with handicapped accessibility.  MEP systems were modernized and included provisions for new computers.  Alterations to the exterior included entrance steps and handicapped access ramp.
