Luxury Infill Lofts in a Landmark District / Design in 2004

New loft buildings that recall the structural simplicity of early cast iron buildings are proposed for a through block infill site on a block with non-homogeneous building built over a course of a century. The program includes 46 loft units, ground floor retail / gallery space & lower level parking.  Typical units range from 1,400 to 2,500 SF with balconies or roof terraces and 12-ft. floor heights. The penthouse levels have larger duplex units with two-story living rooms and views on three sides.
